Reedy Creek Providore offers fresh, tasty and nutritious eggs and honey to our regional community.

Our produce is grown on regenerative farms near Junee and Cootamundra, in Wiradjuri Country, on the southwest slopes of New South Wales.

Junee Pastured Eggs are local, fresh and tasty.

Our free ranging hens belong to a biodiverse, regenerating farmland ecosystem. As the hens scratch around, they turn and fertilise soils, nourish pastures, and capture atmospheric carbon. They lay eggs and roost inside specially designed caravans. Protected from foxes and eagles by Maremma guardian dogs, the hens move weekly onto fresh pastures, pollinated by our bees. Enjoying sunshine and a varied diet of pasture, insects, earthworms and pellets, the hens lay eggs rich in vitamins, minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids.

Reedy Creek Providore manages small, permanent apiaries on regenerative farms in the Junee and Cootamundra districts.

Genetically integrated with wild bee populations, our bees are a vibrant part of farmland ecosystems. We use the Warré system of honey production, which allows bees to manage their own colonies and build their own comb. Reedy Creek bees make post brood honey, a rare and delicious treat. Cold pressed by hand from honeycomb that formerly contained bee brood, our raw honey is rich in pollen, propolis, bee bread, enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
